I took up a course and they gave me a ".cht" file containing selective DOMs to load. I tried to open Sierra Chart on laptop 1 (old) user: sudijoa it was activated by (John) Sierra team and the given DOMs worked fine. Then I tried to open it on laptop 2 (new) user: sudijoaroz because i cannot use multiple monitors with laptop 1. There these given DOMs are dead showing no data. I tried using different options like go to Chart >Perform Futures Symbol Rollover but didn't help. Could you please activate this account so that i can use it? I will close the other one (sudijoa). |
