Regarding the timing of CBOT Global Indices, we do not know. It is also possible it will not be offered.
For the majority of analyst and traders the only useful feed ( and welcome to add) from the CBOE is the Main section: https://www.cboe.com/us/indices/indicesproducts/#csmi_main Cboe Global Indices (CGI) contain index that are not Benchmark, so they are relatively useless.
