This should not have anything to do with the update.

If this is in a Sub-Instance, then check your "Data/Trade Service Settings" and make sure that the entry on the "Main Settings" page for the "Server Address" is set to 127.0.0.1.

It looks like this was changed to 0.0.0.0.
