First I really don't understand the defensive posture.Perhaps you ignore the screen shots due to being overwhelmed but that doesn't explain how you did not address that I clearly stated which contract is the issue in the original support ticket..i DON'T WISH TO GO BACK AND FORTH Please read carefully Step one made sure the chart setting "disable data filing" is set NO in ver. 2538. This selection doesn't exist in the current version, 2568 so it's really a non issue. Second step selected the "edit historical chart" menu item under the edit menu and type in a start date of 12-17-2022 twice. See screen shot.. I sent you the logs to show you that SC will not look back past 11-27-2023 Third step posted below the results showing the gap in the text file for the chart this should clearly illustrate what I'm seeing. 2023/11/03, 3.73300000, 3.79200000, 3.67900000, 3.73400000, 16706, 68045 2023/11/22, 2.94800000, 3.00400000, 2.91400000, 2.98300000, 41907, 96138 Lastly a SS of the NG-G24-nymex chart ver 2568 of SC A reminder this began when I simply rolled from the NGF24 to NGG24 nymex contract Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-12-27 17:40:59
