You do not have Sierra Chart installed in the correct folder on your system.

Exit all installations of Sierra Chart.

Install Sierra Chart again:
Software Download

And let it install itself into the standard default location and do not change it.

And then follow the instructions here:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Updating Existing Installation of Sierra Chart with Files and Settings from Another Installation

And copy the files from this folder:
C:\Users\abc\Desktop\
Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level
