I have the same problem with this file compression error message (SierraChart 2568).

I have disabled compression as follows:

Global Settings -> Advanced Service Settings -> File Compression -> Support Intraday and Market Depth Files Compression = No

Global Settings -> Advanced Service Settings -> File Compression -> Disable Intraday and Market Depth File Compression if Enabled on the File = Yes

Applied, Saved, Closed, Restarted SierraChart

Result: The file compression error message still shows up continuously, flooding the message log.

Please advise! Thanks!
