ok, so good news! While viewing the instructions for "How to Use an Advanced Custom Study Provided To You link shared above, I stumbled upon an instruction stating "If Sierra Chart is running in Safe Mode, then the Enabled Studies cannot be used." This seems to be the culprit because all this while I have been using this option! I also tried a force login and on second attempt, I see the studies getting applied as expected.
