Make sure you updated your symbols when you changed to SC Data- All Services. If you did not do this, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". But for this investigation we really need to just stay connected to whatever service you typically are connected to. If that is Interactive Brokers, then please just stay connected to Interactive Brokers and we can troubleshoot from there. Please give us the specific information for the primary connection. And please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing.
