The reason why this is occurring is because you are putting the "TPO Value Area Lines" study on a chart with a Bar Period of 240 minutes. As such the TPO information is not being calculated at the same increment as the TPO profile - which is set to a 30 minute sub-period. Therefore, to get the same result, you would need to have the Bar Period be 30 minutes, or anything smaller than this that is evenly divisible into 30 minutes (such as 1, 5, 10, but not 7, or 9).
