Make sure your Intraday Storage Time Unit is set to 1 tick. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) If you do change this, then you will want to delete the data for that symbol and redownload it to get the 1 tick data. Select that chart and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You only need to do this once per symbol, not for every chart.
