Make sure you have the options for editing/modifying/deleting added to the right-mouse options for drawings by selecting "Global Settings >> Customize Chart Drawing Menu". Refer to the following: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Drawing Menu (Global Settings menu) Also, check your setting for "Tools >> Tool Settings >> General >> Support Interior Rectangle Selection", as you might want to set this to "Yes".
