I updated to the latest version, 2568, and it still has this different behavior. I made a video to show it to you. On the left is version 2568, and on the right, I downgraded to 2543 for my second instance, so I have two different versions of SC open at once. At first, I use the hand tool to scroll the chart in the new version, and it doesn't show the scale amount, only when I change the scale by clicking on it and sliding it up and down in order to expand or compress it. On the right, the 2543 version, you can see that as soon as I start to scroll the chart with the hand tool, the scale shows up in the top right. I then show that I'm using the same settings for both versions, and I finish the video by showing one more time the effect of just scrolling the chart with the hand tool between the two versions.
