This absolutely should not be a problem, at least not with the Chart Settings. The Trade Window may need to be closed and re-opened to ensure the information gets updated. Can you please get us your Chartbook so we can take see if we can reproduce this with your chartbook. Let us know the particular chart on which you are having this issue.
