Not that this will help you with your issue, but I do not see this behavior on my v2565 (pre-release) install. I have not tried to repro on 2564 like you are using and posting just as a data point. By the way, I use the Countdown Timer study to know when a bar might close, not the r/t clock (which should work either way).
