This is why we suspect power management. Sierra Chart being more efficient, it may be assigned to a lower power core causing it to run more slowly. There's something unusual going on in your case. To rule out other things we did not think of try a new installation of Sierra Chart with the default configuration and then make the adjustments for performance, link given in the prior post, and set the Sierra Chart server settings as shown in the screenshot.
