The Market Depth Historical Graph is going to display at the Tick Size that you have set - so every 0.50. But if you did not change the Market Depth, then those will continue to show at the actual traded tick size - 0.25. If you want to change the Bid/Ask Market Depth to be the same as the modified Tick Size, then you would need to change the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks".
