The easiest way to add delta to a TPO chart is from the volume profile study. I see in your screenshot you already have volume profile set up for your TPO chart. To add delta to this, go to the study settings for the volume by price and select an option for Show Chart Values On Profile, select a position for the values, and under one of the four chart values to display, select Ask Volume - Bid Volume.
