Where are those vertical broken lines with the dates coming from? Also, ignore it for the moment and expand your bar spacing so you can see the actual date in the time scale at the bottom - or use your crosshair and the Tool Values Window to view the date for that bar. Most likely the bar is correct, but that vertical line is what is not correct.
