Start by following the instructions at the following link to download Historical Market Depth Data: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data You will need to force the download of the missing data for your chart per Step #8 in those instructions. Then make sure you edit the Symbol Settings for the symbols for which you want to continuously store the Market Depth data, to have the setting for "Record Market Depth Data" set to "Yes".
