Do you have Market Depth for the time period you are trying to replay? If you are not sure, add the Market Depth Historical Graph to a chart of the same symbol and it will show you where you do, and do not have, historical market depth data. If you have the data, then it would have to be one of the items from the two links we gave above. The most common issue is not setting the "Number of Days to Load" for the Trading DOM, and after that it would be not having the correct columns.
