Hello. I have downloaded Sierrachart, created and activated an account, and requested an sms code in order to activate my free trial. Number was entered correctly with country code format- phone definitely receives sms. no message received after repeated attempts. reset windows function attempted. now I see the notification is that too many attempts have been made and I cannot resend SMS code.
Please instruct! I am excited to begin learning this software to utilize it in my trading. thank you
