Good morning, I had a very situation this morning and am unsure what is going on. I took a long position in NQ roughly 70 minutes ago and Sierra was not reflecting the fact I was in a position, my entry was marked on my chart but my order window was not showing that I had an open position. I knew I had placed an order so I opened the trade activity log and it showed that I indeed did have a position on, but when I tried to flatten I got the error saying that there were no open positions so I shorted the same amount of lots and then my PNL updated to show that I was actually up 16 points. The trade activity log is still showing Open Quantity of 1(not accurate) so I am trying to find out if I'm actually in a position that I'm unable to see as I don't want to liquidate the account if we sell off at open or something and I don't know if I'm even in a position. |
