The NYMEX exchange is valid through the end of November. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so they renew on the first day of each month. This is different (and separate) from your Usage Time that renews on a rolling 31 day cycle based on when you last activated your account. In your case, you have 8 more days of usage time (your ending date is November 8, 2023, so the automatic renewal will be done just after midnight UTC time on November 9, 2023).
