If there is an issue with this: I think this issue is/was related to the new feature "Support Scale In With Pending Attached Orders Only." We need step-by-step instructions to reproduce in Trade Simulation Mode. For now do not use it if you know it is causing an issue. Really this option is relatively simple, it allows an order to be identified as a Scale In order, when there only pending attached orders present.
