Hi, so the problem occure each 4 seconds with a micro freezing during 2 seconds. It happened when I manage on the plateform through the menus, (the selector color doesn't move even if I move my mouse) and at the same time, the real time data feed freeze too, with the chart and the DOM for instance. My chartbook is very light for testing, just one chart and one DOM, set to standard. When the chart or the DOM is closed, no freezing occured I've noticed that behaviour happened only on CME SP500 and not when I'm using the EUREX DAX. Do you have an idea of what could be the problem?
