Based upon the information at post #7, there is a corruption of the data over the network connection. This is extremely extremely unusual.

We first want you to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

Also try restarting your computer.

We also want you to change the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 4 Seconds for now:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

If there is any missing data, follow the instructions here to download the missing Intraday data:
