1. Can you please give us your Watchlist list so we can see if we can reproduce this with your list. Is the option for "Chart >> Only Symbols in Watchlist" enabled? It sounds like this does not have a checkmark next to it, in which case the +/- keys are going to move between all the files in the Data folder. 3. We have added this to our list of requests.
