No. This is data from the exchanges. The data is not actually wrong.

Make sure this is disabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Process Known Odd Lot Equity Trades for DTC Services (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

And adjust session times to 09:30:00 (start) to 15:59:59 (end) Eastern time:
Chart Session Times: Session Times

Make sure the chart is set to use the New York time zone.
