There is a Keyboard Shortcut for "Move Attached Stops to Price", but there is not one for a Stop that is not an attached order. This is going to the case with most of the options that are available, as knowing the order is attached is relatively simple, but to recognize a Stop on its own is more complicated. Still, take a look through the Keyboard Shortcuts for trading and see if something might work for you.
