A more important problem is this:
Error creating the file folder: C:\SierraChart\Data\. Windows error code 3: Le chemin d’accès spécifié est introuvable. | 2014-06-17 10:13:34

To solve this, enable this option:
Global Settings >> General Settings >> Always Use Data Folder within Main Folder.

After enabling this, restart Sierra Chart.

For the connection problem to TransAct you are getting these messages:
TransAct: Market data feed reported to be lost. | 2014-06-17 13:41:21
Transact Futures Server Info - Server Name: TransactToSierraBridge. Server Version: 1.2.2.0. Provider Name: Transact Futures. | 2014-06-17 13:41:21
