Hi all ! i saw some posts here, but wasnt the same pb as me, so i post to have your help ! :) i have a "phantom/fake" order that i cant close. This trade was opened when i was LIVE (and no in simulation) but we see this trade, only in simulation, on my AMP account (i attached the picture) i try to close it but i have this message : Trade Order Error - Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode. Internal Order ID: 2015. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: F.US.FDXSZ23. Account: 172102 | 2023-10-12 19:17:29.141 * if i come back in live account, i can trade, but i have always this trade that change DPL informations, cause it takes the price of this trade each time i open a new one, an when i close, this trade take the value of the "TRUE" trade, and again and again, so i can't have a good DPL anymore (and logs of course) thx for yout help, AMP told me thats not CQG pb, and to see here, with your support |
