I should clarify - I wasn't talking about changing the colors of a spreadsheet cell. I was talking about a tool that could use color gradients, like color bar or color background. If color Background could display a semi-unique color for each bar, we would not need thresholds. Like the tool could be set to display a range of colors from the color wheel (in the background, or inside a price bar), and apply that color range to a numeric range in a spreadsheet column. For instance, display blue through purple, for all numbers 1-20, where purple = 20 and blue = 1. And 19.5 would be very similar color to 20, but just slightly closer to blue. This project would put Sierra far ahead of the others, because Sierra clients would not be limited to thresholds. But this project is very ambitious and probably too complicated. I know.
