TYA from CQG is the 10 year treasury note, so we assume that this is the TN symbol from the CME Group. That symbol trades on the CBOT, and you are only setup to get data from us for the CME exchange (not the full CME Group, just the CME Exchange). You would need to add a CBOT exchange, or change to the "Full CME Group" exchange in order to get this data.
