Check to see if you are in Simulation Mode and that order is a simulated order. If it is, then delete the order Fill in the Trade Activity Log for it. Check with APEX to ensure that you do not have any open orders. If you are certain that you do not have any orders in the market, but the system is showing that you do have one, then go to the Trade Activity Log and find the fill for the order that is showing as open in Sierra Chart. Then determine if this is a real order for which the closing fill is not present, in which case you need to add the closing fill to close the position. Or, if this is somehow not a real order, in which case you would need to determine how it got there (look at the OrderActionSource for the Orders to determine this) and eventually you will need to remove the fill from your Trade Activity Log so it no longer shows in your chart.
