To change the colors of part of the candlestick for a Heikin-Ashi study, you need to change the Subgraphs for the Heikin-Ashi study itself. In this particular case, you want to change the Primary color for the "Low" subgraph. This will change the wicks and the outline for the candle. You can also change the "Size/Width" to adjust the width of the outline. The width of the wicks is controlled by the "Last" width setting (but not the color).
