Hello SC Support, I entered a long today 14877.25 in MNQ, 5 contracts. Service Order ID 2266517. Even though the position was 5 MNQ, the P&L increment was $5.00/tick, which would be for 10 MNQ, not for 5 MNQ. I then took a loss on the trade, getting stopped out at 14,854.50. Same Service Order ID 2266517. This should have resulted in a loss of 22.75 points. But if you look at the 1st screenshot I have attached, my stop out lost me double this amount, equal to 45.5 pts, as if I was trading 10 MNQ. The 2nd screenshot shows the time stamps for the entry and the exit. I had similar trade occurs for two more trades, where I traded 1 MNQ but the DOM was calculating as if I had 2 MNQ. The end result was similar - I had real losses as if I was trading 2X the number of contracts. Could you please take a look? Thanks for your help. |
