From our perspective it is hard for us to understand this. And it is not within the scope of our support to be troubleshooting complex set ups. If you have been interdependency between studies and charts there could be a study calculation order issue: Chart Studies: Study Calculation Precedence And Related Issues There may be also problem where Sierra Chart is running out of available memory or there is no longer storage space available to record data affecting the Bid and Ask Depth Bars studies. Both of these conditions will be logged in the Window >> Message Log.
