There really is not a "fast" way to remove all the customized Control Bar buttons. You would have to go to the "Global Settings >> Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar x" and then remove the buttons from that control bar that you no longer want. If you want the default settings for a particular control bar, then add it back from the list on the left. You would have to do this for each control bar that you have customized buttons on.
