We do not have Market Depth data for the FOREX data. If that is a requirement for you, then you would need to see if you can get the data from another source. Otherwise, you can still use the DOM, it just will not have the Market Depth in it. As stated in the link you reference, you could use the CME Group Currency Futures as a surrogate for the Market Depth data. But to get this data at the "non-professional" rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account.
