Dear Sir/Madam, I have installed Sierra Charts on another laptop. I exported my old charts from the original data folder to the new one and I can see a big black screen after loading them. Also, it does not do anything apart from being black. The chart's name is on the top of the screen. Can you please tell me how to import the charts so the formatting is kept and I can plug and play them? Thank you. Kind regards. |
