Hello I am having an issue with trade position line disappearing as soon as a trade is triggered. The green position line stays for a few seconds and then disappears. (The red bracket order is still showing) The trade window shows the position as Flat and the Trade Positions windows is completely blank. I have read the below post and understand that it may be because IB is not sending positon data: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero This has started to happen recently as everything was fine in August. I am aware that IB TWS has many API issues and could have been a result of TWS update or I may have inadvertently clicked on something i shouldn't have. Could you please give me some solution to this, I have been going over the documentation but may have missed a solution. Could it have any relation to my timezone GMT +4? |
