Thanks for letting us know which filter you were referencing. What exactly is occurring in this case, are they not filtering the alerts, or is there an issue when you enter the information into the field? In either case, please repeat a test to try the particular issue and then copy and paste your Message Log to this thread for us to see if there is anything in there that will let us know what is occurring.
