We are not sure what filter you are referring to. If you are referring to the "Trade >> Trade Orders Window >> Edit >> Set Trade Account Filter", then are you able to see the trade account listed in the "Available Trade Accounts" line? If you select it there, it should fill into the "Set Trade Account Filter" - does this work?
