Hello, I would like to use the vertical line to simply label some candles so I don't want the line running through the candles. If I cut the line under a candle, I want it to draw from bottom to top and the label to appear the bottom. If I cut the line above a candle, I want it to draw from top to bottom and the label to appear at the top. Or perhaps an option to draw line from top / bottom that works in combination with the Labels tab in the Vertical Line Properties dialog. I was thinking I could cut the line but I can't, so that would be nice. I can use a typical line and just draw it vertically, but what I like about the vertical lines is that they include the time and price and if moved, they update. So I would sort of like to have a way to cut/extend the vertical lines just like we can do with most other lines. Same for the OHLC lines - it would be nice to be able to cut them anywhere like the other tools. If anybody has a creative solution with another tool, I'm happy to try something else until all of the tools have the cut feature implemented. Perhaps if the regular line tool had a time, date, and price option that would do the trick as well or even if the chart calculator tool had a date option, that might work. Thank you. |
