The controls for when a particular color is used are the "Percent Compare Thresholds" and "Actual Volume Compare Thresholds". Which one is used depends on what your "Background Coloring Method" for that column is set to. For example if the "Background Coloring Method" is set to "Based on Volume Percentage", then the "Percent Compare Thresholds" are used.
