Hello, Having activated the Eurex exchange just now I have tried to start a new Trading Evaluator account with real-time Eurex data. I've followed the documentation including disconnecting and selecting 'Trading Evaluator' instead of 'Trading Evaluator-Delayed' and 'Translate symbols to current service'. However the charts are not updating and I'm getting the error 'Service client does not support market data connections'. Are you able to advise please? |
