What we can see is that the initial order that was sent, was not accepted by the IB Trader Workstation.

You need to say that a new order for the NQ 201406 futures contract is not being acknowledged by the API. They will need to see your Trader Workstation log file. You need to ask them where that log file is located and send it to them.
