Please try to enter an order again, and after it disappears open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and copy and paste the information from there into this thread. There should be information on what happened with the order if there was a rejection or other specific issue. Also, take a look at your "Trade Activity Log" and see if there is any information in the "OrderActionSource" for the orders you are putting in that are not showing up. See if there is any information in there, and let us know what you see.
