The options for "Point on High" and "Point on Low" specifically put the information on the High or Low and do not depend on anything to do so. For the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition, when you use an option like "Up Arrow" then the location of that arrow is based on the "Output when Condition is True" input. Whatever that value is when the condition is true is where the arrow will be put.
