Hello John I have followed all the steps religiously but no data on chart, neither live or historically. The Steps I followed are: 1. opened a live funded account with AMP 2. Signed Denali agreement and subscribed to live data 3. Add Rhythmic/Apex username and password for just Trading and left Market Data and Historical Data empty 4. Opened existing chartbook and clicked Edit>>> Translate Symbols to Current Service 5. Made sure the chart showing the right symbol as per Rhythmic. The only thing that I have not done yet, I did not connect to the Teton CME Routing with my funded account in the Data/Trade Service Settings, even though I have already signed Denali agreement and subscribed to real live data. I still have the whole month to connect once, but do I need to connect it first prior to getting live data or it is not a condition to see the data?
